You might find that when you're adding the text with your listing details it vanishes when you click the Continue or Update button at the bottom of the page.
This is caused by hidden text that programs such as Microsoft Word place around your text.
To get round this problem you just need to add your text to the box using this button that's in the toolbar above the box:
This button will remove all the hidden text that interferes with your listing's actual text.
