Stories sought include anything from the wild and wacky to emotional tales of courage and survival, for example:

Have you overcome an illness or a disability?
Survived a life threatening illness?
Undergone a brand new treatment or tried a medical gadget?
Found an unusual cure for your illness?
Have you overcome infertility? spent thousands on fertility treatment? and perhaps gone on to have a baby?
Do you live with a physical impairment or disfigurement?
Have you beaten addiction to drugs? sex? food?
Have you overcome depression or phobias, particularly unusual phobias?
Have you transformed your body perhaps with diet and exercise or surgery?
Or has illness led you to love?
