If you want to make a change to your lifestyle, no matter how small, we want to hear from you! If you take part in the campaign, you will be given access to some of the nations leading experts in health, fitness and nutrition and given the opportunity to share your experiences with the nation via magazines and newspapers.

You will need to share your opinions about staying in shape, loosing weight, staying healthy and feeling happy via an online diary and within forums with like-minded women. In return you will receive a laptop, a digital camera, a camcorder and as if that wasn't enough, you will receive a monthly shopping voucher to the value of £250 at a supermarket of your choice every month you take part in the campaign. And there will be two all expenses paid trips to London in 09.

Terms and Conditions
1. This campaign is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years.
2. All entries must be received by midnight on 19th October. Only one entry per person.
3. Entries must be no longer than 200 words and include no more than one photograph of the entrant. Submissions (including photographs) cannot be returned to entrants. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Copyright in all submissions remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the campaign, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to 360 Communications Limited, to feature any or all of the submissions in any publications, websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition.
5. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with appropriate permissions and that no element of their entry infringes the copyright of any third party or any laws.
6. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties
7. The incentives as described are available on the date of publication. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives
8. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
