Channel 4 is making a documentary about weight loss and how best to do it.
We are looking for people who are size 18 or above and want to shed the pounds.
• Have you tried countless dieting and weight loss regimes?
• Do you struggle with motivating yourself to do exercise?
• Perhaps you have issues with control and discipline around food?
This series gives people the opportunity to work with two leading weight loss experts over time. Both experts are confident that their method is effective.
