We would like to talk to mums and young daughters who watch their weight and exercise together to ensure they both look great.

We want to discover why looking good is so important to you and how it makes you feel. Our documentary will look at the nation's obsession with body image, what can happen if you have a negative body image and what lies behind having body confidence.
