Are you a teenager and engaged to be married?
Do you plan on getting married in the next year?
Have you set a date and started to make plans?
Would you like to have your wedding on TV?
If so please email us with your name, age, all contact telephone numbers, a photo and some info about you / your story as soon as possible.
You can also nominate friends and family who are about to be teenage brides.
